Shipping Policy Overview
Bolton Ebikes takes pride in delivering the highest quality products in a timely fashion to our customers. We comply with all state and country laws and will not ship hazardous materials unless proper documentation and procedures are followed. Parcel carriers are unable to deliver our products as they often weigh more than their maximum weight allotments. With that in mind, we do use trusted LTL freight carriers. This ensures that our customer’s ebikes and electric bike products are delivered in a more reliable and safer way than other shipping methods. Due to the careful team coordination of each order, tracking numbers are not provided immediately after purchase, but are sent directly to our customers from our customer support manager, who handles all details of the shipment from start to finish.
Generally, as long as a product is in stock, orders will ship within 3-5 business days within the USA. Orders can be shipped to specific countries and may be charged a higher shipping rate. Our shipping rates do not include tarrifs, taxes, VAT fees, and/or customs fees, or any other fees associated with a country’s own laws and bylaws. Shipping of ebikes to Hawaii and Canada is $350.
If an item is not in stock, and the order is being placed where the item is on “back order” or a “pre-order” - the item(s) will be shipped as soon as they have arrived to our warehouse and are processed. This processing time can take up to 3 business days, but is often less time. As the purchaser, you may at any time contact our customer service center at firstname.lastname@example.org for an update. Please be advised that once your tracking number is generated, you will receive a separate email with that information automatically.
Due to hazmat regulations, Bolton Ebikes does not ship ebikes (which include batteries) to specific countries. Our team will advise that you may order parts, but bikes are not able to be shipped worldwide due to shipping restrictions.
