Return Policy

Return Policy for customers located in the USA

At Bolton Ebikes we want you to be 100% satisfied with the products we offer.  However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances call for a product to be returned.  Should that scenario occur, our policies are outlined as follows:

Requirements for parts and pieces (EXCLUDES complete Electric Bikes)

Within 30 Days - You must request a return within 30 days of the product being shipped to you. Returns must be approved and shipped back within the 30 day period.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. Bolton Ebikes may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during shipment. 
For orders outside the Continental US, customers are responsible for purchasing a label and sending the item(s) back to our Grass Valley, California location.

Requirements for complete Electric Bikes

Due to the complex nature of shipping electric bikes, it's in everyone's best interest to avoid returns altogether - we want you to be happy with your bike!  If however due to unforeseen circumstances you must return an electric bike, please be advised of the following guidelines:
Within 7 Days - You must request a return within 7 days of the product being shipped to you. Returns must be approved and shipped back within 7 days of approval.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. Bolton Ebikes may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
Product must be in new condition - Any signs of wear, use, or mileage may void the return.
We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during shipment.
