Production Status for previous orders
BlackBird September Batch 2 - 26" bikes have begun shipping as of Monday, Feb 22nd. 24" bikes will ship after 26" models.
BlackBird November Batch 3 - Arrived to the US and being prepped for shipping to customers. They will start going out after batch 2 bikes are complete.
BlackBird "Spring Delivery" Batch 4 - Shipping from overseas expected to commence in coming days. Based on previous shipping times, our best estimate is April delivery to customers.
Foxbat and Sabre March deliveries - Unfortunately we have no choice at this time but to push the ETA back. I would have moved this date sooner had I known, but we were not notified of the delays until this week. These bikes will likely ship from overseas in April, with all bikes arriving in customer hands May.
Warthog Bikes - The boat with the warthog bikes has arrived to the US port. We should be receiving them in the next 1-2 weeks, and will begin shipping out to customers immediately upon receipt.
Avenger and Crusader Bikes for March - Delayed until April/May.
My bike is delayed, what are my options?
We understand that the unpredictable lead times on bikes and products are not ideal! (Ok, it's driving me crazy!) Since ordering, your situation may have changed, finances may have been disrupted, life happens and we get it! If your bike is not being delivered as originally scheduled, here are your options:
1. Hold tight! Bikes are coming and we're doing everything in our power to decrease lead times and increase production. If you keep your order in place, we'll ship your bike out as soon as possible.
2. See something else from Bolton Ebikes you like? If you see another bike model that's available sooner, we can change your order accordingly. (Such as the Lancer, Cheetah, Bronco, or other in-stock bikes) Just contact our customer service team. We're happy to ship an "in stock" model when available.
3. We would never want to see you go, but if you cannot wait, a full refund is an option. If you request a refund, however, we cannot put you back in line if you change your mind later. Once your bike order is canceled it will immediately go to the next in line.
